Sheriff KC Bohrer reports the following calls, investigations and reports for January 28-February 3:

January 28

Deputy Jenkins and Sgt. Shambaugh arrested Michael N. Sullivan, 38, for a capias.

Sgt. Shambaugh responded to an alarm on Dominion Trail.

January 29

Captain Stapleton handled a dispute, civil. Advised of options.

Cpl. Lemon investigated a domestic battery on Pious Ridge Road.

Cpl. Barney investigated a phone harassment at Warm Springs Middle School.

January 30

Deputy Roper investigated a crash on Mesner Road.

Sheriff Bohrer investigated a check fraud at Citizen’s National Bank.

Captain Stapleton handled a card skimming report.

Cpl. Barney arrested a juvenile at Warm Springs Middle school for incorrigibility.

Sgt. Shambaugh arrested Cameron Scott Jordan, 22, for driving suspended, no insurance and other traffic citations. Released on summons.

Deputy Roper served an EPO on Magnificent Lane and removed male subject from residence.

Deputy Roper served an EPO on Pious Ridge Road.

January 31

Captain Stapleton handled a domestic complaint on Kerns Lane.

Captain Stapleton, Cpl. Barney and CSO Peer responded to a medical emergency at courthouse. Subject saved.

Captain Stapleton and Chief Johnson responded to an overdose on Harrison Avenue. EMS transported.

Cpl. Barney responded to a harassment complaint at Warm Springs Intermediate School.

Cpl. Barney responded to an assault at Warm Springs Intermediate School.

February 1

Lt. Place investigated a crash on WV 9 west.

Cpl. Barney responded to a harassment complaint at Warm Springs Intermediate School.

Cpl. Barney investigated a child neglect at Warm Springs Intermediate School.

Cpl. Lemon responded to a domestic on Pious Ridge Road.

February 2

Cpl. Lemon investigated a runaway report. Juvenile located and returned.

Cpl. Barney investigated a social media harassment.

Deputy Johnson assisted Berkeley Springs Police with a traffic stop where controlled substance was located.

February 3

Cpl. Lemon investigated a domestic on Concord Avenue. He arrested Hayley Sapp, 22, for domestic battery.

Cpl. Lemon responded to a domestic on Givens Lane with state police. Assisted.

Felony arrest one, misdemeanor arrests two, traffic citations 45, traffic warnings 12, criminal investigations 21, traffic collisions investigated two, alarms three, transports two, legal process served 42, legal process/warrants attempted 30, home confinement checks five, home confinement hookup one, home confinement suitability, investigations three, home confinement hearing one and calls not requiring a report 19.
